If I could give negative stars I would. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service. Printer just stopped working. Images always came out grainy. Now my $1500 printer is just a boat anchor. No recommendations of a printer shop to look at it. Just a big disappointment. Negative 5 stars for me.

Works Beautifully

I looked up videos on YouTube to get tips on using this as I'm a visual learner. I love using my Cricut and making tumblers, and as someone familiar with crafting, it felt second nature using this.
